You will keep the workflow running smoothly: the right people doing the right things at the right time. Together with two key colleagues you will form the production leadership team, helping to lead about 35 people. Printing know-how is not essential – leading, organising and communicating matter more.

Clear communication with the team

Proposing process improvements to management

We are looking for an adviser and salesperson in one: you will look after existing customers, visit them regularly, develop the relationship and actively win new customers across the wider European market. We are not just looking for a seller – we want an adviser who can also sell.

Responsibilities

Advising and caring for existing customers
Actively seeking new business opportunities
Customer visits, split between field and office
Preparing quotes and aligning solutions
Clear hand-over of orders to the production team

Requirements
